Access Request Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Strike DFS, Inc., doing business as Liquid Compute (“Liquid Compute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information submitted through our public access-request forms.
Effective date:
Information we handle
We require your email address. The landing-page form also requires your name and message and may include your company and product interests. Other forms may also receive your organization and role. Buy Compute requests include whether you are buying or selling, selected GPU types and quantity, desired start date and duration, and any other GPU type you provide. Trade Indices requests include the indices you select and whether you want them long or short. Finance Compute requests include your name and email address only. We add a request identifier, the source form, and the time received. Vercel processes limited technical information, such as IP address and browser, request, and security signals, to host and protect the forms.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to evaluate and respond to requests for Liquid Compute access and to set up approved customer accounts. We use technical information only to protect and troubleshoot the intake process. We do not use an access request for unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in, and we do not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site uses cookieless product analytics from PostHog's EU-hosted service; after sign-in, account holders are identified only by an opaque account ID.
Who receives it
Authorized Liquid Compute personnel review submitted information in our internal customer review workspace. Requests may also be delivered to a restricted, private Slack channel. Vercel hosts and protects the forms; our infrastructure providers store the customer review records, and Slack stores requests delivered to it. Authorized Slack workspace owners, administrators, or export roles may also have access under workspace policy. The application does not add your IP address, user agent, or security-verification result to the Slack message.
How long we keep it
Access requests in Slack are normally deleted 12 months after submission. A documented legal hold or approved workspace export may require particular information to be kept longer, and limited residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backup systems. Our internal workspace also keeps the request and review history to manage onboarding and the resulting customer account. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact below.
Your choices
Email privacy@liquidcompute.com to ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may limit a request where applicable law permits or requires it.
Changes and contact
We will update this notice and its effective date if our access-request practices materially change. Contact Strike DFS, Inc. (Liquid Compute) at privacy@liquidcompute.com.
